Definition of “Not Operational”
An eBike is considered “not operational” if it cannot be safely ridden or powered on at the time of return. This may result in full or partial forfeiture of your deposit.
Examples of Non-Operational Conditions
- Battery is dead, missing, or cannot hold a charge
- Motor or pedal-assist system is not functioning
- Severe frame damage that makes the bike unsafe to ride
- Electrical issues preventing startup or throttle control
- Software locked or unresponsive systems
