When a Deposit May Be Forfeited
Your deposit may be partially or fully forfeited based on the condition of the eBike at return. Below are the most common scenarios where forfeiture applies:
- The eBike is returned with missing accessories (keys, battery, or charger)
- The eBike is damaged and requires repair
- The eBike is not in operational condition
- The eBike is excessively dirty and needs cleaning
- The eBike is not returned at all
Typical Charges (Subject to Change)
- Missing keys or battery: $150
- Missing or damaged charger: $75
- Cleaning fee: $50
- Repairable damage: $75
- eBike not operational or considered a total loss: Full deposit forfeiture
- eBike not returned: Full deposit forfeiture
