When can I pick up my eBike?
Any time that works for you — just give us a heads-up. We run on Burner time, from early arrival straight through Exodus. Pick a window when you reserve and your bike will be charged and ready.
Are you on the way to the playa, or out of the way?
On the way. We’re right on Highway 447 in Nixon, NV — the last easy stop before the gate — so there’s no Reno backtrack and no detour. Grab your bike and keep rolling.
What’s the rent-to-own credit?
Rent now, and if you fall in love with your bike you can keep it: 100% of what you paid to rent applies toward buying that same bike. Try it on the playa first, decide later — nothing wasted.
Is there a deposit, and is it refundable?
Yes — a fully refundable deposit (shown on each bike’s page before you book) is pre-authorized on your card at pickup. It’s a hold, not a charge, and it’s released after you return the bike in good condition.
What’s included with every rental?
Every rental comes ready to ride: a fast charger, a sturdy bike lock, and a full lighting kit for the night. No add-ons required.
What if my plans change — can I cancel?
Yes. Free cancellation up to 14 days out* applies — cancel at least 14 days before your pickup window for a full refund, no questions asked.
