We understand that exact arrival times can be difficult to plan. Therefore, your eBike will be available for pickup 24/7. However, you must schedule an appointment with a 2-hour window at least 24 hours in advance. If your plans change, please inform us promptly to ensure a smooth process. Arriving without a scheduled appointment may result in delays in picking up your eBike.

Our eBikes are brand new. They are waiting for you in their original packaging. (You can request assembly for a very low $25 fee which covers the cost to dispose of the packing materials in a responsible manner). Many Burners cannot bring their eBikes back to their default life.
