A: The deposit will be released once the eBike is returned in fully operational condition, moderately clean, and with all included accessories (both keys, charger, and battery) at the designated pick-up/drop-off station.

A: The eBike must be returned in both fully operational condition and moderately clean to qualify for a full deposit refund. Any issues with operation will be assessed and may affect the refund amount.
Q: What if some accessories are missing when I return the eBike?
A: All included accessories (both keys, charger, and battery) must be returned with the eBike. Missing accessories may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit.
Q: Under what conditions will my deposit be forfeited?
A: The deposit may be partially or fully forfeited if the eBike is returned with any damaged parts, missing accessories, or if it is not in fully operational condition.

(You can request assembly for a very low $25 fee which covers the cost to dispose of the packing materials in a responsible manner). Many Burners cannot bring their eBikes back to their default life.
