- Playa E-Bikes does not offer on-site delivery services to the Burning Man event or its surrounding areas.
- Customers are responsible for transporting their purchased or rented E-bikes to and from the event.
No On-Site Services:
- Playa E-Bikes does not provide on-site maintenance, repairs, or support services at the Burning Man event.
- Any service or support required for the E-bikes during the event must be handled by the customer independently.
Customer Responsibility

- Customers choosing to take their E-bikes to the Burning Man event are solely responsible for the transport, use, and care of the E-bike.
