Step-by-Step Return Instructions
If you bought a Playa eBike and need to return it, this guide walks you through the full return process. Your eBike must be unused, unassembled, and still in its original, unopened packaging. Rented eBikes are not eligible for refunds.
Step 1: Confirm Eligibility
Only new, unused, and unopened eBikes are eligible for a refund. If the box has been opened or the eBike was not stored indoors, a partial refund may be considered based on condition. All returns must be dropped off in person — shipping is not available.
Step 2: Submit a Return Request
Complete the Return Form to begin. Be sure to include:
- Order number
- Your name and contact information
- Pickup date and location
- Bike condition and packaging status
- Photos or video showing unopened box or unused condition
Step 3: Wait for Approval
We’ll review your request within 3–5 business days. If approved, you’ll receive instructions for an in-person return appointment at our designated location.
Step 4: Drop Off the eBike
Bring your eBike to the confirmed return location with its original packaging and all included components. An on-site team member will verify its condition.
Step 5: Receive Your Refund
If the bike meets all return criteria, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
