Accessory Requirements for Returns
All included accessories—both keys, the charger, and the battery—must be returned with your eBike. Failure to return any of these items may result in a partial or full forfeiture of your deposit.
How Missing Accessories Affect Your Deposit
There are no separate flat fees — missing accessories are covered by a partial deduction from your deposit, based on replacement cost. Several missing items, or an unreturned bike, can lead to full forfeiture.
