Terms and Conditions
Payment Terms:
- The total purchase price of $[Purchase Price] is due in full at the time of purchase.
- Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, or other agreed-upon methods.
Condition of Sale:
- The E-bike is sold in its current condition, and the Buyer acknowledges that they have inspected the E-bike and found it satisfactory.
- The Buyer agrees that the E-bike is sold “as-is” with no warranties, either express or implied, except for any manufacturer’s warranty that may apply.
Assembly:
- By default, the E-bike is sold unassembled in a box. Assembly service is available based on prior booking and at an additional fee.
- If the Buyer opts for assembly, the E-bike will be assembled by the Seller for an additional fee of $[Assembly Fee].
Pick-Up Coordination:
- The Buyer is required to coordinate a pick-up slot for the E-bike. An email with detailed instructions and scheduling options will be sent around August 10th.
Use and Performance:
- The Buyer acknowledges that the E-bike is designed for use on paved roads and that performance may be reduced on unpaved roads. The driving range can drop by over 50% in harsh conditions.
- The E-bike is intended for single-person use only. Riding with more than one person can lead to malfunctions, safety issues, and flat tires.
Warranty and Returns:
- Warranty claims are valid only for issues resulting from manufacturing defects and must be made within the warranty period specified at the time of purchase.
- Returns are accepted only for units in their original, unopened box, stored indoors. If the box has been opened or not stored indoors, returns may be accepted at the Seller’s discretion, and a partial refund may be issued based on the condition of the E-bike and its packaging.
Accessories:
The Seller offers a range of accessories carefully chosen to suit the Buyer’s needs. Accessories can be purchased separately.
Additional Discounts:
The Seller may offer additional discounts for group purchases. The Buyer should contact the Seller for more details.
