Purchases Are Final Sale at Pickup

Every purchased Playa eBike® is handed over fully assembled, tested, and charged at our self-serve pickup — you confirm your bike at pickup, and from that point the sale is final. Rented eBikes are likewise not eligible for returns or refunds; rentals follow the rental return process instead.

Changed Your Mind Before Pickup?

Orders can be cancelled before your pickup window under our standard cancellation policy — the earlier you cancel, the more comes back.

Manufacturing Defects Are Different

Final sale never waives your warranty. If a purchased bike shows a manufacturing defect, it’s covered — see what the warranty covers, then contact us and we’ll make it right.
