No boxes and no wrenches: every Playa eBike® — purchased or rented — is handed over fully assembled, tested, and charged at our self-serve pickup in Nixon. You confirm your bike and ride off.

What Comes With the Bike?

• Battery (installed) and charger
• Keys
• Rentals: the rental kit, including a repair kit — kit items come back with the bike at return (free-deal bundle accessories are yours to keep)

Anything Left to Set Up?

Only personal fit — the saddle adjusts in seconds with the quick-release. Share your rider height in advance and we’ll pre-set it during prep where we can.
