Requirements for Pickup
Bring a copy of your ID
Please bring an ID copy for the individual that purchased the eBike on the original order.
Order Confirmation
By now you should have received an order confirmation email. Make sure you have a copy of it when picking up the eBike. The reception in Nixon isn’t the best, so we recommend printing it out beforehand.
Keep In Touch
Arrive within the 2-hour time frame you selected. If anything changes, please let us know so we’ll have your eBike available. If you do not arrive at the scheduled time and we weren’t notified, we cannot guarantee your eBike will be ready for pickup.
